If you are interested and would like to apply for the "MM" Scholarship, the rules are as follows:
Decide what form of dance you would like to apply for. You can apply for more than one.
Ages 12 and under - Write a 2 page essay that describes why you love the form you
have chosen to apply for, what makes you a great dancer, and your overall thoughts of what dance means
to you. This must be HAND WRITTEN. As well you must prepare a 30-60 second dance in the form you have
applied for. The essays are due in April (date to be determined in January). Once we have received the
essays, dates for the audition will follow.
Ages 13 and over - Write a 2 page essay that describes why you love the form
you have chosen to apply for, what makes you a great dancer, and your overall thoughts of what dance
means to you. This must be TYPED. As well you must prepare a 30-60 second dance in the form you have
applied for. Once we have received the essays, dates for the audition will follow.
